By creating an account or using AdSheriff, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using AdSheriff for a business, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you're authorized to do so.
AdSheriff ("we," "us") provides an AI agent that connects to your advertising accounts to monitor performance, surface waste, and propose or apply optimizations. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and may update or change features over time.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Autopilot) are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give notice before any price change takes effect.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, the agent stops acting and monitoring pauses — we won't charge you a surprise fee.
You remain the advertiser of record. Approving a fix — or setting an Autopilot rule — authorizes the agent to make that change in your account. Every action is logged and reversible from your dashboard, but you're responsible for reviewing the activity log and for compliance with each ad platform's own policies.
Cancel anytime from your account settings — no contracts, no cancellation fees, no "talk to your account manager." Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
AdSheriff helps reduce wasted spend, but we don't guarantee specific advertising results or savings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
