Privacy Policy

Short version: we read your ad data to find your leaks. We never sell it, never share it, and never train models on it. Here's the long version.

01 Overview

AdSheriff ("we," "us") provides an AI agent that connects to your advertising accounts, audits your spend, and proposes or makes optimizations with your approval. This policy covers what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, app, and the agent.

02 What we collect

  • Account info — your name, email, and password hash (or single sign-on identifier) when you create an account.
  • Billing info — handled by our payment processor; we store only a customer reference and your plan, never full card numbers.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the dashboard, so we can improve it. Standard, aggregated, and tied to your account.
  • Support messages — anything you send us when you write in.

03 Your ad platform data

When you connect Meta Ads or Google Ads, you grant access through their official OAuth login. We access your Meta advertising data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, and insights) via the Meta Marketing API and your Google Ads data via the Google Ads API solely to identify wasted spend and, with your approval, adjust your campaigns. We request the minimum scope needed to do that and nothing more.

04 How we use it

  • To audit your accounts and generate findings and recommendations.
  • To make approved changes inside your ad accounts and log every action.
  • To send the alerts and weekly summaries you've opted into.
  • To provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

05 What we never do

  • We never sell your data. Full stop.
  • We never share it with advertisers or third parties for their own marketing.
  • We never use your account data to train models that serve other customers.
  • We never touch budgets or spend money on your behalf without your approval or a rule you set.

06 Sharing & processors

We share data only with vetted service providers who help us run AdSheriff — specifically Google Cloud for hosting, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email communications — under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our purposes. We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

07 Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, we delete or anonymize your ad performance data within 90 days, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons. You can request earlier deletion anytime.

08 How to delete your data

You can delete your data by following these steps: (1) Disconnect your ad accounts in the AdSheriff dashboard to stop all future data collection. (2) Email privacy@adsheriff.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will purge your account and all associated ad performance data from our production systems within 30 days.

09 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@adsheriff.co and we'll handle it. You can disconnect any ad account from the dashboard at any time, which stops all access immediately.

10 Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small set of analytics cookies to understand product usage. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on our own site. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

11 Changes & contact
